A5.: Diagnosis: Conjunctival Sporidiosis.

Although primarily a disease of nasal pathway ocular Sporidiosis is not uncommon. The pedunculated vascular growth, speckled with the prominent Greyish-white spots representing the Sporangium of the organism Rhinosporidium Seeberi is diagnostic.

 

The histology on Excision Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis.
